WAX ROLLS

For uniform wax coating to reduce hairiness & friction of yarn

CHEMAX MULTIKOTES (I) Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in 1996, has a full-fledged oil and wax blending plant and fully automatic wax rolls moulding machines capable of producing more than 180 million wax rolls per year. It is equipped with a Quality control laboratory for routine quality control testing and development. It also has an all India distribution and technical service network to serve customers promptly and efficiently.

All the waxes offered by the company are Non-toxic and Biodegradable and meets the ECO requirements for exports of Indian Textiles, as they are totally free from hazardous chemicals like Pentachlorophenol (PCP), Silicone oil, etc. They are tested by BTTG- UK. (Shirley Lab) for compliance to Euro Ecological norms and are recommended for use on “Oeko-Tex Standard 100” certified products of Class I & II. “They are also approved & certified by CONTROL UNION CERTIFICATIONS for compliance to Global Textile Ecological norms “GOTS” (i.e Global Organic Textile Standards.) Specific grades meeting USDA/FDA Food Grade requirements are also available.

The wax rolls are formulated with high quality super-refined paraffin and specialty waxes, oils and additives to give yarns a perfectly uniform wax coating. The wax coating provides uniform tension, prevents fly or lint formation and reduces yarn friction considerably during operation and wear of needles thereby prolongs the life of needles substantially. For sewing threads, the wax coating allows high speeds for stitching without causing end breakages. The readily water soluble wax coating is recommended for yarns which will be subsequently going for dyeing and bleaching operations.
